How VR Drives Inclusion, Why is inclusion so tough to achieve? Because many people have never experienced the opposite – exclusion. They’re not emotionally connected to the issue, but virtual reality can change that! 

Xenial Virtual Reality Inclusion Experience immerses Executive Teams/employee's into what it’s like to feel excluded and works to develop empathy. This can change the course of inclusion in your organization.

First Person Experiential  Development

The missing piece of most diversity and inclusion training is empathy. Xenial Virtual Reality Inclusion Experience can change that.
